I recently had an oil change service at New Rochelle, Chevrolet. John and the service department at New Rochelle. Chevrolet were great. The oil change was done in about an hour. I think John and the service department Care about the work that they do and it shows Stephen

The entire staff are courteous, timely and professional. John I. is very accommodating and a clear communicator. Recently got a big nail in tire and John assisted with filling the appropriate paperwork for new tire replacement and worked to get new tire from warehouse (which was no small feat bc this particular tire is discontinued and hard to find). I appreciate everyone taking care of my vehicle

One of the most horrific experiences in my lifetime. The service dept was never good there but now it’s hit bottom . First off no one answers the phone. If you leave a voice mail no one calls you back. Sometime it give you a text message option and even then no one responds. You have to actually go there to find out what’s the status of your car repair. When you walk in they all look at you as if you were never there before. That’s if anyone even looks up and acknowledges you that you are standing there . After my car being there for a few weeks out of the blue I get a text saying thanks for servicing your car at New Rochelle Chevy . I text back what is this text about and then I got a call saying your car is ready. When I went to pick up the car the woman hands me a repair order and never said a work to me. I asked after 4 weeks here in the shop there nothing to be said. She said well I wasn’t your service person. I can go on and on here but I can’t. I will never buy another General Motors car because of the dealership New Rochelle Chevy. Who are only a few minutes from my home.

Nicole at the service center was very kind and took her time to do my cars intake! She made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle there. My car was ready in a very reasonable time faster than what I thought they have great technicians there my car now has no problems. I will be returning back for further maintenance.

I would like to preface this by saying that this car was purchased brand new in March 2025. I have never experienced such poor service and incompetence from a dealership service department in my life. Since July 9, my Chevy has been in and out of their shop three times (soon to be four) for serious transmission and electrical issues—none of which have been resolved. The car first broke down when the transmission started sticking and couldn’t get over 20 mph. After nine days in the shop (with no loaner vehicle, despite the fact that I rely on my car for work travel and to care for my elderly father), I was told bolts were loose in the transmission and there was a leak. I used the car once, left for work, and within a day of driving again, the issues came back worse—screens flashing, car refusing to move. From there, it became a cycle: drop off the car, get vague or delayed updates (sometimes a week late), pick it up with no real repair done, and have it break down almost immediately. I’ve been told there’s “no leak” even though fluid is mysteriously low, that it’s just a “communications” issue, and now, as of August 14, the screens are going black while I’m driving. This is clear
